This hotel has made it to my top 5. This is in a perfect location with food spots in the surrounding area. They have some of the BEST customer service/Maid service I’ve seen. Everyone is courteous and professional. Even the breakfast staff is nice. The breakfast was good with typical items you would see for a hotel but they do switch it up with a little every morning. The rooms where spacious with comfortable beds. There wasn’t a microwave in the room but you can use the one in the lobby area at you convenience. They have items that you can purchase at the front desk such as drinks/snacks. The pool was nice and clean with no foul smells. In our room we didn’t see and marks on the Fruniture or bed sheets. The maid service is superior. They literally come to your room every day to make sure your good and if you need anything. We are pretty much staying here when we visit Ft. Lauderdale again. Thanks

Close proximity to restaurants and shops, not on a busy/noisy road. Layout of our room was really nice and functional. Very quiet at night so we slept well. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was exceptional. Shuttle driver is such a nice guy and we really appreciated that service. The ladies that offer the shuttle to the cruise port are lovely, as well. Liked that there was a little bar we could get a nice drink soon after we arrived. The maintenance guy Jordi that fixed our room safe was awesome and quick.

I loved the space that the room had for my family. I do wish I had this room for my whole stay. (We stayed in Orlando for 5 nights at the Hampton). Even though Hyatt property was older, it was cozy and comfortable. My 13 year old son slept on the pull out couch and we only wish that mattress was a more updated one and that the sheets were softer. (I am not sure if the sheets were brand new?) Balcony was nice and we had a view of the ocean and so pretty at night. I loved the space and will book again next year.
